Q: How do I place a rental order?
A: You can place an order by calling us directly, filling out our online event quote form, or sending us a message through our website or social media.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due before or on the day of the event.
Inflatables
Q: Are your inflatables safe and clean?
A: Absolutely! All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each rental to ensure safety and hygiene.
Q: What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
A: Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Please let us know your setup surface in advance and the available surface area to let you know if your specific setup will work with the inflatable you intend to rent.
Q: Do you provide attendants for inflatables?
A: Attendants are available upon request for an additional fee. Otherwise, we provide safety instructions for proper use.
Tables, Chairs & Linens
Q: What types of tables and chairs do you offer?
A: We offer banquet tables, round tables, cocktail tables, folding chairs, garden chairs, chivari chairs, kids tables and chairs, and more.
Q: Do you provide setup and breakdown services?
A: Yes, setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee. Please request this when booking.
Q: What linen sizes and colors are available?
A: We offer a variety of linen sizes and colors to match your event theme. Contact us for your specific requirements and to schedule a visit to see samples of materials and colors.
Tents & Pipe and Drape
Q: What size tents do you offer?
A: We offer tents in various sizes to accommodate small gatherings to large events. Let us know your guest count and space requirements for recommendations that best suits your needs.
Q: Do tents come with sidewalls or lighting?
A: Sidewalls and lighting are available as add-ons. We’ll help you customize your tent setup to suit your needs.
Q: What is pipe and drape used for?
A: Pipe and drape is perfect for creating elegant backdrops, dividing spaces, or enhancing event decor.
Generators
Q: Are generators included with the inflatables?
A:Generators are available for an additional cost and vary by load capacity required for the inflatable.
Q: Is the fuel included with the generators?
A: Normally, the generator is provided with a full tank and must be refilled by the customer. Under certain circumstances an arrangement may be made with us to provide more fuel and fuel tanks at an additional cost.
Delivery & Policies
Q: Do you deliver outside of the Clewiston city limits?
A:Yes we do for an additional cost depending on the distance and accessibility of the drop of location. For a delivery quote please call or text us at (863)599-1695.
Q: Do you deliver and pick up rental items?
A: Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services. Fees may vary based on location and order size.
Q: Can I pick up the items I rented somewhere?
A: Yes, in some cases you may be able pick up your rented items directly from our warehouse. Pickup availability depends on the specific items you’ve rented and our current inventory and scheduling. Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Weather and rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
A: We offer weather-related rescheduling options. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
